Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow is a specialised class focused on dynamic spinal movements to develop strength and flexibility, developed by physiotherapist and acclaimed yoga instructor Simon Borg-Olivier. This complete system of posture, movement, breathing, and mindfulness builds movements progressively in a fluid motion — without holdings or intense stretching — making it accessible and therapeutic. Some pranayama and meditation may be included. Suitable for both students with some yoga experience and advanced practitioners looking to mobilise and care for their spine.
