Spinal Flow
This Specialised class is focused on dynamic spinal movements to develop strength and flexibility. Spinal Flow is a complete system of posture, movement, breathing, and mindfulness developed by physiotherapist and acclaimed yoga instructor Simon Borg Olivier. Movements are built progressively and done in a fluid motion, without holdings or intense stretching. Some pranayama and meditation may be included. Suitable for both, students with some yoga experience and advanced students who want to mobilise their spine.
