Yoga Lamba
Lamba — derived from the Sanskrit word for “support” — is a yoga class centred around the use of a yoga stick to provide support and leverage for deeper movement. The stick helps increase mobility and flexibility while improving postural alignment and brain-eye coordination. Deeper muscles are released and toned throughout the class, enhancing motor skills and energy flow, with particular focus on opening the muscles associated with breathing. Some pranayama, chanting, and meditation may be included. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners looking to improve posture and overall mobility.
