Yoga Sculpt
This specialised class combines traditional yoga with elements of Barre and strength training for a well-rounded practice focused on strength, fitness, and overall health. Isometric exercises performed with light weights (0.5 kg) or exercise balls help maintain muscle strength — especially at challenging ranges of motion — through repetition and small movements with contracted muscles. Some pranayama, chanting, and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to add variety to their routine while toning muscles and improving fitness.
