Yoga Sculpt
This specialised class combines traditional yoga with elements of Barre and strength training. The practice includes isometric exercises performed with light weights (0.5 kg) or exercise balls, helping to maintain muscle strength, especially at challenging ranges of motion. The challenge comes from repetition and small movements with contracted muscles. Students can expect a well-rounded practice focused on strength, fitness and overall health. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to add some variety to their yoga routine while toning their muscles and improving their fitness level.
