Cinderella Yau started practising yoga in 2002 to avoid knee surgery. She completed the Teacher Training Programmes at PURE Yoga, Hong Kong and at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in India. Her teaching emphasises on the proper use of breath and alignment, with the attention of individual needs and abilities.
