Daniel’s fitness journey started in 2005. Trying Pilates by chance, Daniel enjoys the challenge of the practice which requires core engagement, muscle balance, coordination, flexibility, and mind-body connection. Having completed over 600 hours of Pilates training, his anatomical knowledge now benefits various activities. Hearing his students' progression through Pilates fuels Daniel's motivation. His classes focus on alignment, awareness, and coordination.
