Jessica found her way to Pilates in 2015, drawn by its emphasis on alignment, precision, and control. After experiencing a serious lower back injury that resulted in chronic sciatica, she became a certified instructor to support others on their path to rehabilitation and strength. With a patient and welcoming teaching style, Jessica guides her students to discover the transformative benefits of mindful movement and correct alignment, empowering them to enjoy healthier, pain-free lives.
