Leith began practising and teaching yoga during university, drawn to the focus and flow of classical study and asana. Inspired by the wisdom and devotion of her mentors, she dedicates her teaching to passing down this sacred lineage. Her journey has spanned Nepal, Taiwan, Thailand and China, cultivating a supportive space for individualised learning and inner stillness.
