Lina started practising yoga in 2001 and has been teaching since 2004. She is fascinated by biomechanics, movement, and the balancing effect that they can have on the body. She sees physical practice as a mean to establish deeper self-awareness and understand the actions needed to instil positive change in one’s life. She hopes to help her students personalise their own yoga practice in a way that benefits their own physicality and helps them achieve their goals.
