Lizzie tried her first PURE Yoga class in 2008. Consistent practice with Patrick Creelman inspired her to take her first teacher training with him, which led to her becoming a PURE teacher in 2011. She has since continued to expand her studies to include anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science. Understanding posture and movement through these lenses enables her to provide instructions that encourage students to adapt according to their individual capacity.
