Michelle embarked on her yoga journey initially driven by a desire to alleviate chronic neck pain. Through her practice of Hot 26, she discovered a profound sense of strength and discipline, reveling in how the structured sequence and the enveloping heat challenged both her mind and body. This powerful practice has become a foundational element of her teaching philosophy.
