    Tania is a dedicated yoga teacher, Reiki healer, and wellness guide, holding a master’s degree in restaurant business. Born in Ukraine and enriched by experiences across various countries, she integrates Yoga, Reiki, Ayurveda, and Zumba into a singular, holistic approach to well-being. For Tania, yoga is not merely an exercise but a way of life. Through her classes, she conveys more than movement—she shares energy, connection, and authentic wellness.
