About this workshop

This workshop provides a solid foundation for safely practicing a combination of back-bending postures that build strength and flexibility for the spine. This is a great opportunity to access your flexibility and awaken your potential. We will dive into self-exploration to discover the deepest longings and inhibitions, obstacles and possibilities.

We will also focus on the benefits of heart-openers to lengthen the spine and use various methods to improve our spinal range of motion which helps for spinal control and stability.
