In a regular class, it’s difficult to learn inversion poses because of the lack of space or safety. So, in this workshop, students can focus learning inversions properly.
This is to help students quickly understand what this programme aims to achieve – e.g., the focus is on the mastery of a particular group of asanas, how you aim to deliver that, application of knowledge into practice, and more.
In this workshop, you can benefit from the physical and mental effects of headstands by learning how to make it safe. We will learn the form of the movement and what action to take.
