Come practise some yoga and prepare for the holiday period! We will practise Chinese New Year themed yoga poses and age-appropriate breathing exercises through games and play.
Kids will learn movement through play, mindfulness and breathwork, which helps with concentration, emotional regulation, and can encourage a more positive self-image.
Children will get the opportunity to try yoga if they’ve never tried it before, through a fun & engaging, play-based environment. They will also get a craft at the end of the workshop.
