9:00am-11:00am Ashtanga Breakdown
Dive into a detailed exploration of the Ashtanga Yoga method, starting with the foundational principles of practice in the Primary Series. We will break down key principles and poses with a perfect mix between theory and application. Perfect for all levels, new students will find a warm welcome to this ancient tradition and experienced students will leave with a fresh look at the lineage and practice.

12:00pm-2:00pm True Strength
The powerful strength-based asanas and transitions of yoga practice are often intimidating and difficult to practice. Join this session to tap into your natural strength as Kino shares the techniques and tips that she uses to develop and build strength. You will leave this session with a methodological approach to strength that will transform your practice. True strength is rooted in the spiritual lessons of the practice and moves far beyond brute force. Explore everything from lift-ups to inversions to arm balances from a radically new perspective and leave with real tools to apply in your practice and in your life. Appropriate for all levels.

2:15pm-3:15pm Meditation and the Equanimous Mind
Dive down into the inner world equipped with a calm, steady mind and a courageous heart. Train the mind to be single-pointed in the Eka-Tattva state and cultivate a state of equanimity. A strong mind is a vital tool on the path of living the yogi life. Join this session and begin your spiritual journey.

9:00am-12:00pm Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Series + Conference
Surrender to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method with a careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method and have fun along the journey. Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.

1:00pm-3:00pm The Subtle Body
Underneath the skin, beyond the physical body lies something more subtle and hard to define. There is an unfathomable depth to the human spirit. Yoga is a quest for the deepest state of connection. This class teaches you how to journey into the inner body in a real and pragmatic way. As the waters of the mind still, you are able to perceive the deepest level of reality. Cultivate a heightened state of awareness through a guided meditation. Apply this more refined and precise level of awareness to the practice and truly enter the inner body.
