Learn to apply the game-changing concept of DUO—Dynamic Unifying Opposition—vectors of force that create grounded yet spacious yoga postures.
We’ll begin with a lecture to deepen your understanding of the biomechanics behind precise hip stretches, followed by a fluid vinyasa practice to embody this knowledge kinaesthetically.
Explore Blissology techniques like “myofascial tuning” and “Sensation-Guided Attunement” to refine your poses and release years of stress and tightness. By the end, your shoulders and hips will feel as though they’ve had a massage, leaving you lighter, freer and deeply relaxed.

Session 2: Blissology Backbends for Longevity: Stretch the Front, Save the Back

Discover backbends that feel safe, supported and nourishing for every body. Using principles from Eoin’s book ‘Yoga Optimized’, we explore DUO — Dynamic Unifying Opposition — to create space, stability and ease in the spine.
This workshop is truly all levels. Whether you are brand new to backbends or already love them, you will learn about variations, props and accessible progressions for poses like Camel, Wheel, King Pigeon, Dancer’s Pose, the Splits, and Forearm Stand. You choose the depth that feels right, and every version is celebrated.
You will learn how to stretch the front body in a way that protects the lower back and supports healthy movement for years to come. We will close with calming supine stretches that leave the body and mind relaxed, open and free.
Day 2: Sunday, 3 May
Session 3: Core Happiness: Shift Your Practice. Elevate Your Life

This workshop for a powerful, fluid practice is designed to elevate both your yoga and your life. It is not about crunching your way to a six-pack or gritting through endless boat poses. Instead, Eoin’s unique core happiness approach will help you cultivate intelligent, connected strength through your feet, inner legs, abdominals and spine — creating the foundation for deep, easeful breathing and lasting vitality.
In this dynamic vinyasa class, you’ll weave breath with strong, graceful sequences and integrate principles from Eoin’s new book ‘Yoga Optimized’, such as DUO (Dynamic Unifying Opposition). These tools will help you expand your pain-free movement span, channel grounded energy, and unlock space for grace and emotional release.

Session 4: Superflow: Ocean-Inspired Movement

Are you craving more fluidity and joy in your yoga practice? Movements that flow together with natural grace and grounded power?
One of the core principles of Superflow is that fluid bodies create fluid minds. In traditional alignment-based yoga, we often move in straight lines — but Superflow is an unbroken wave of circular and spiralling motions that leave you feeling strong, grounded and open.
This intelligently sequenced experience blends the grace of tai chi, liquid vinyasa, surf-inspired poses and intuitive movements that honour the oceans within us and around us. We begin with gentle Embodied Centring to awaken the nervous system, then gradually build into more dynamic and playful fluid sequences. We finish with deep stretching and an ocean pulsation meditation that settles you into a calm and expansive state.
Every gesture in this practice is a love letter to the sea. The workshop is open to all levels, and you are encouraged to move in a way that feels natural, supported and joyful in your body.
