Workshop Descriptions:
1) Save Your Center (2 hours)
This workshop features a targeted set of exercises focusing on improving both strength and flexibility, with detailed attention to the core. Yamuna will explain why the classic “Crunch” is ineffective for core training. Developing length and tone in the center of your body enhances torso mobility, reduces lower back problems, improves posture, lifts the upper body, and boosts organ function. Special emphasis is placed on breathing while working deep into your core.

2) Save Your Shoulder (2 hours)
Your shoulder joint connects your hands and arms to your head, neck, and torso, making it one of the most used and injury-prone parts of the body. In this workshop, you will learn techniques to care for your shoulders and keep them aligned, tension-free, and flexible to prevent injuries. This session is also beneficial for rejuvenating your shoulders if you’re recovering from an injury. These exercises will help you realign, release restrictions, and heal your shoulders.
3) Save Your Face (1.5 hours)
This workshop applies Yamuna’s concepts of bone stimulation and targeted muscle work to the face. By stimulating the facial bones, you can prevent bone loss, maintain alignment, lift the bones, and keep the muscles adhering to their attachments. This practice reduces repetitive stress patterns, releases tension, and enhances skin glow and muscle tone.
4) Save Your Pelvis (Pelvic Floor) (2 hours)
Caring for your pelvic floor is essential at every age and stage of life. Yamuna balls provide a gentle, effective way to stimulate the bones and muscles that support your pelvis, improving alignment, circulation, and strength. Learn how to activate the muscles around your pelvic floor to prevent issues such as prolapse, incontinence, and discomfort during menopause or after childbirth. This workshop is a must for every woman!
5) Save Your Hips (2 hours)
This workshop provides a deep workout to improve flexibility and range of motion in your hips. It targets the deep hip joints, releasing tight and worn-out areas that may go unnoticed while removing restrictions. As hips are one of the most used and problem-prone joints in the body, this routine helps prevent stiffness and deterioration with age. Regular incorporation of this practice will keep your hips healthy for years to come.

6) Foot Fitness (1.5 hours)
Yamuna believes the feet are the foundation of the body, and foot fitness is essential for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Strengthening your feet strengthens your entire body. This workshop offers simple, proactive tools and solutions to alleviate and prevent foot pain.

• No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations starting 15 September 2025.
• Valid refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
• All applications for a refund (medical & emergency reasons) must be made within 3 days after the event finishes.

In this Agreement:
When we say | We mean: |
Activity | Any activity undertaken by you during an Event including any yoga training activity |
Agreement | This agreement (including the PURE online application and personal data form) between you and Pure International (HK) Limited for the provision of activities by PURE. |
Cardholder | A person who has entered into a separate cardholder agreement with PURE and has been issued with a physical PURE Card or who holds a virtual PURE Card. |
Event | Agreed yoga training activities in the form of a workshop delivered to you by PURE teachers or guest teachers, either in person or through an online platform. |
Existing Condition | A physical, mental, fitness, health, illness or medical condition/disability/injury (including asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, the taking of medication, skin condition, or existing injury) that you possess and that could be aggravated or increase your Risk of Injury by participating in the Event or any Activity. |
Equipment | Any equipment used during the Event. |
Fees | Any fees that you pay in respect of the Event |
Loss | Liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and all other professional or investigation costs and expenses). |
Physical Activity | Any physical exercise or other physical activity whole participating in a Event including warm-up, strength training, running, agility drills, aerobic exercise, jumping, cardiovascular activities and flexibility training. |
Protected Persons | Our directors, officers, Representatives, volunteers, sponsors, service providers and independent contractors. |
PURE | Pure International (HK) Limited and any other company in the PURE Group (including but not limited to Pure Yoga Online Limited) that provides you with services and/or products relating to this Agreement. |
PURE Card | The physical PURE Card or virtual PURE Card issued by PURE (if applicable). |
Related Agreements | Any agreements that you enter into with PURE. |
Representatives | Our employees and agents (including PURE Trainers but excluding other providers of services or products even if these are provided/supplied). |
Risk of Injury | The risk of any type of injury (including minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, muscle strains and torn ligaments and more serious injuries such as snapped ligaments, dislocated joints, broken bones, heart attack and concussion) disability (including permanent disability such as paralysis) and death. |
Rules | The rules, regulations, guidelines and etiquette for taking part in all types of training services provided by PURE (including the Event). |
