DANCE & UNWIND: A Christmas Special – this is a great way to unleash and reflect upon 2023 and create intention and purpose for the coming year. Bring along your family, partner or pick one on the spot and let’s move to the beat and shake it. It includes 45 minutes of fun freestyle, easy-to-follow dance moves plus 30 minutes of partner yoga and 45-minute sound bath to unwind. It is suitable for everyone who wants to feel the rhythm and let loose. No dance experience required.
