Chuck Chan
Chuck, a music producer, composer, MC and poet, discovered healing through his art. Through persistent self enquiry, he developed a deep understanding of consciousness and truth. He completed his yoga teacher training with Lawrence Pradhan in 2017, learning about alignment, anatomy, and therapeutic asana teaching. Chuck's energetic and challenging yoga classes emphasise alignment, strength, and flexibility. He encourages students to exceed their limits in their practice and realise their true self by fostering self-awareness and authentic expression.
