Neosutras with Lamonte & Pola

In this session, we will focus on opening the body and mind to the infinite possibilities and connections between Cyberyoga asanas with unique flows and transitions. Students will improve their coordination, flexibility, and strength by learning unique body vocabulary through Cyberyoga movement.

1:30pm-3:30pm Neosutra Yoga Movement

This workshop emphasises the possibility of healing the body and mind through the concise practice of Neosutras. The practice combines meditation, acrobatics, yoga, and dance elements. The main focus is to establish a connection between all limbs through the elements of threading. We will start with self-exploration through Neosutras body asanas and flows and continue with learning a flow sequence to practice fluidity and body control.

4:30pm-6:30pm Neosutra Partner Yoga Movement

Let’s connect and practice acrobatic elements and unique yoga inversions with elements of dance. The aim is to establish trust in the body and find safe connections with other practitioners. The elements we will be learning include acro-yoga, balances, and meditative movement.

This workshop explores mind-blowing combinations of asanas performed upside down for the increment of creativity, body strength, flexibility, and endurance. Students will learn safe protocols on how to navigate their body in very advanced asanas and inversions. The elements of the class are inspired by the insect and animals’ mobility principles, making it a transformative workshop for full-body coordination.

1:30pm-3:30pm Dancing Yoga

This style of movement teaches full-body mobility and fluidity with body awareness inspired by practices of Tai Chi and martial arts. Students will learn on how to mobilise their body and to switch its states from firm to fluid, relaxed to dynamic.

4:30pm-6:30pm Neosutras Flexibility Workshop

This practice focuses on deep stretching and relaxation of all systems. Students will be learning full-body recovery methods, alongside effective stretching techniques for the joints and longevity of the muscles.
