Samahita Retreat with Rachel Solomons

10-15 March 2024

About this retreat

Escape the monotony of your daily routine and embark on a transformative journey with Rachel Solomons. Join her on a remarkable yoga retreat at the breathtaking Samahita in Koh Samui, Thailand.
This retreat offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant Thai culture while finding harmony through the practice of yoga. Samahita provides the ideal backdrop to embrace local traditions and infuse them with the love for yoga.
Prepare to be captivated by the awe-inspiring Shala at Samahita. This space radiates elegance and serenity, creating the perfect atmosphere for our daily yoga sessions. In the mornings, we will engage in envigorating and revitalising practices that will bring clarity to our minds and rejuvenate our bodies.
As the sun sets, we will flow through dynamic yoga sequences that seamlessly blend with the natural surroundings and the profound energy of Samahita. This retreat promises to leave you feeling refreshed, connected to nature, and most importantly, connected to yourself. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable experience.

Samahita Retreat lies on the south coast of Koh Samui, a tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand that still has long stretches of pristine beaches and unspoiled land. The island has the allure of a remote island paradise but with the accessibility of the region’s most popular destinations.
Situated on Laem Sor Beach, Samahita Retreat is surrounded by towering coconut trees in a quiet, spacious area, with incredible sunrises and sunsets that play with the colours of the water, sand, and tropical fauna. Only a few hundred metres away is the well-known Laem Sor Pagoda, which houses the remains of Leung Poo Daeng, a realised monk. The only other structures in the area are villas privately owned. As such, our beach is private and virtually undisturbed, creating a beautiful, peaceful setting for you to enjoy your yoga retreat.
