Unlock Your True Core: The 360° Core Cylinder with Shalina Gong

ABOUT

Your real core includes

  • Rectus Abdominis (Front Body)
  • Transverse Abdominis (Deep Corset Muscle)
  • Obliques (Side Body)
  • Pelvic floor (Base Support)
  • Multifidus & Erector Spinae (Deep Back Stabilizers)
  • Diaphragm (Top of the Cylinder – Your Breathing Engine)

Why This Matters

A strong, coordinated core helps you:

  • Breathe deeper and more efficiently
  • Support healthy aging and pelvic floor function
  • Protect your lower back in forward folds and backbends
  • Feel lighter in arm balances and inversions
  • Improve balance in poses like Warrior III and Half Moon

What to Expect

In this interactive and empowering workshop, you will:

  • Learn diaphragmatic breathing techniques
  • Activate and understand your pelvic floor muscles
  • Explore functional, intelligent core exercises
  • Use props such as blocks, light weights, and fitness balls to build awareness and strength

This is not about crunches – it’s about building a functional, integrated core that supports your yoga practice and daily life.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel:

Stronger. More stable. More connected. Calmer.

Come experience your core the way it was designed to work – from the inside out.
