Each module is a standalone training and do not require continuation to the next.
All 3 programmes taken together offer certification and add credit hours towards Yoga Alliance accreditation.

Module I – Balancing the Temple: The Science of Body Adjustment
1-3 & 9 March
Physical Adjustments: Exploring beginner + intermediate + advanced poses with intelligent physical adjustments. This course will include sensitivity exercises, anatomy lessons and application of hands-on work to ensure the direction of movement is accurate.
Module II – Flowing Through Asanas: The Art of Yoga Sequencing
10 & 15-17 March
An insight into sequencing: Exploring the relationship between poses and groups of poses. A study of the different approaches for sequencing yoga classes of different & mixed level classes. This course will include exploring different sequencing theories and their application, and group discussions around improving sequencing.
Module III – Breath & Balance: The Fusion of Pranayama & Yoga
An insight into philosophy and pranayama: A discussion for organising a variety of inspired teachable themes directly related to the core texts of yoga. This includes studying & practising a wide variety of pranayama exercises to explore the subtle aspect of yoga, and the combination of how pranayama is an application of the philosophy of yoga. This course is also a continued journey towards the mastery of alignment & action in asanas.
Each of the 3 programmes takes on special topics and delves deeply in the theory and application for improving the practice and the teaching of class.
