2000-2200: Instrument Yin & Restorative Yoga
Day 2-3: Saturday, December 28 – Sunday, December 29 0800-1000: Breakfast
1000-1200: Yang Flow + Pranayama & Meditation
1200-1400: Town Tour & Local Cuisine for Lunch
1400-1600: Afternoon: Nature Immersion Activities & Hot Springs

1930-2100: Instrument Yin & Mantra Sharing

Otto Yeung
Otto discovered yoga as a healing method for an ACL injury and now embraces it as a connection between his physical and inner selves. Raised in Canada and leading a demanding profession in luxury brands, he values yoga's tranquilising effect in his fast-paced life, while helps him to draw his inner voice inwardly. Specialising in Yin Yoga, with training from global workshops, Otto's creative, sensory teaching style encourages students to explore their unique yoga journey, awakening their every sensation.
Pag Kwong
Pag discovered yoga as a means of recovery after a pole dancing injury. With guidance from mentors like Samrat Dasgupta and Prateek Arya Dager, she integrated dance elements into her yoga flow and deepened her understanding of its philosophy while physiotherapist Alfred Li enhanced her knowledge of anatomy. Pag's classes focus on the mind-body connection, enhancing students' abilities, stillness of mind, and lightness of body. She emphasises the integration of mind, body, and spirit in her teaching.
