About this workshop
Theme: Invocation of awareness
Based on the modern context, this yoga teacher training is a structured programme consisting of fundamental yoga knowledge. Participants will take on a transformational journey, comprising ancient techniques (Hatha Yoga) and rich knowledge. The process of understanding will form a solid foundation for practitioners. Objectives and structure: Cornerstones of yoga philosophy

This training reinforces a practitioner’s awareness on the foundational elements of yoga through experiencing and revisiting (subject). Yoga traditions and the pedestal elements of yoga will in introduced in chronological order. The synergy between ancient spirituality and modern science is the highlight of the training; all sharing will be grounded in credible and verified sources.

Training approach: A hybrid pedagogy
In these 200 hours, through a combination of digital methods and practical exercises, you will learn Aarya’s ideas on spirituality which casts an emphasis on science. The physical, mental, philosophical and spiritual components of yoga will be broken down into comprehensible modules. Entry level practitioners can establish a correct and safe foundation for their lifelong practice; relatively experienced practitioners will obtain inspirations to overcome bottlenecks.

Expectations: A way to spiritual awakening

This training introduces the history, culture and traditions of yoga in a systematic manner. It will be most rewarding for participants to try to be receptive, dedicated and open-minded to knowledge that they don’t usually come across.

Takeaways: Inspirations and growth
Participants will get in touch with yoga under an authentic school of thought and be well-equipped to continue an all-rounded, holistic yoga journey. Upon training, practitioners will gain clarity and be refreshed to continue their journey.
