The continued education of this Hot 26 series training is designed to make you more skilful and confident in teaching this sequence. During this intensive training, Noy will offer you more tools and techniques to help you overcome the struggles you experience in your classes to help you become a better teacher in a hot room.
This training is suitable for teachers who have already taken level 1 training before (not for new teachers!) and experienced teachers who would like to deepen their knowledge and techniques of this unique sequence. With 2 classes daily, the training will also cover how to use your voice, hands-on adjustments and modifications for injuries and those who are in need or pregnant.
