Almen Wong

Almen, the first Bikram-trained teacher in Hong Kong, introduced hot yoga to the city. She transformed from a strict teacher to one who embraces light-heartedness and fun, thanks to Baron Baptiste. Influenced by Paul Grilley and David Swenson, she developed a deep understanding of anatomy, Yin Yoga, and flexible Ashtanga Yoga practices. Her engaging classes emphasise alignment, foundational strength, and revisiting basics for advancing practice.

Noy Petchwikai

Noy turned to Bikram Yoga in 2006 to combat an autoimmune bone marrow disease. After witnessing its healing power, he trained to become a teacher in 2010. Based in Hong Kong since 2011, Noy balances discipline and compassion in his teachings, which span Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and sound healing. His classes emphasise intent and presence over performance, resonating positively with off-mat challenges.

Claudine Chiarella

Claudine began her Hot 26 yoga journey in 2007, drawn to the euphoric feeling it provided, which resonated with her background as a classical ballet dancer. Over the years, she has maintained a consistent practice, even during two pregnancies, and has deepened her understanding of yoga through training with Missy Szymanski, Noy Petchiwikai and Patrick Creelman. As a teacher, Claudine offers challenging and rewarding classes that adhere to traditional dialogue while encouraging students to explore their potential both on and off the mat. Her teaching style is clear and concise, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and self-discovery.

Sibel Olcer

Sibel, originally from Turkey, found solace from her stressful advertising career through Bikram Hot Yoga. She trained as a Bikram teacher in 2011 and later diversified her training to include Tapasya Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chakra Therapy, Kids Yoga, and a 500-hour training with Stewart Gilchrist. Sibel's teaching style is compassionate and precise, incorporating clear instructions, dynamic Vinyasa flows, and a strong emphasis on breath and philosophy. She aims to create a safe, envigorating space for all students.

Erica So

Hong Kong-born Erica began her yoga journey in 2008. Overflowing with positivity and energy, she uses her passion for yoga to inspire her students towards healthier lifestyles. Erica's expertise in yoga serves as a tool to motivate her students towards wellness and balanced living.

Wendy Ng

Wendy loved the lightheartedness after taking her first Hot 26 class in 2020. Practising Hot 26 since then has become her routine. The emphasis of discipline and precision in the set sequence has profoundly and continuously transformed her body and mind.
