Meditate into 2024 & New Year 108 Sun Salutations with Kay Yuen

MOKO- Mong Kok

29 December 2023; 1 January 2024

About this workshop

Join Kay in the transformative “A Yogic Tradition” workshop as we embark on a journey of meditation and intention setting for the upcoming year. The first session, taking place on 29 December, offers a blend of profound meditation techniques and gratitude practices that aim to purify and rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul.

On 2 January, we will flow through a powerful Yoga Mala—108 Classical Surya Namaskar with mantras. This ancient practice of performing 108 Sun Salutations is steeped in tradition and serves as a sacred way to welcome a spiritually enriched New Year.
Amidst the supportive presence of our yoga community, this workshop provides a space for reflection, fostering a deep sense of connection and meaning as we farewell the current year and open a beautiful new chapter in 2024.
