查看地點、時間表和費用Acro Yoga is a unique and fun way of partner movements. It improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, but most importantly, communication. Come learn new skills with your partner or friends!
This workshop will teach you the basic Acro Yoga poses and how to enter and exit them safely. There will be three roles – base, flyer and spotter. You don’t need to bring a partner to join, we will pair you up and switch roles so we can explore all three roles, practising it safely while supporting each other.
Join us to explore the world of Acro Yoga – this is a foundational workshop to introduce students to Acro Yoga, which blends basic acrobatic movements with partner poses.
