4 - 6 September 2026 | Pacific Place - Admiralty

25-Hour Yoga Lamba Teacher Training with Judy Ng and Samantha Chan

ABOUT

This 25-hour Yoga Lamba teacher training is designed for seasoned practitioners who want to learn how to effectively implement the yoga stick in their personal practice and/or expand their teaching repertoire. We will learn how to make a yoga programme more complete by using the yoga stick to either provide support, improve posture, correct alignment, or to deepen the asana. This prop has the potential to enhance overall yoga practice, and through this training, we will guide you to unleash the possibilities.

There will be opportunities for led-practices, in-depth analysis of various yoga asanas using the yoga stick, and one-on-one and group teaching practice. We will also explore modifications to suit different body types with different levels of flexibility and strength.

By the end of the training, you will have a solid understanding of how to effectively incorporate the yoga stick into your own practice and teaching. You will be equipped with the tools to make your practice and classes more accessible by applying safe and effective prop-usage techniques, and design programmes that are suitable for different body types.
