Samantha Chan
Samantha started yoga to deepen her personal practice and knowledge. Since her first teacher training in 2005, it became a lifelong journey encompassing wellness, women's health, and life balance. She has expanded into Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, Birthlight Perinatal Yoga, Infant Massage, and Kid's Yoga. Known for her steady, calm, and approachable teaching style, Samantha encourages students to progress at their own pace, making classes a blend of work and play.

Samantha’s yoga journey began in 2005 with her first teacher training program, igniting a passion that has blossomed into a lifelong exploration of yoga and wellness. What started as a personal quest to deepen her practice has transformed into a rich tapestry of learning, sharing, and teaching. Her vision now encompasses not only yoga but also women’s health, life balance, and holistic wellness.

Samantha draws inspiration from her past teachers as well as her students, believing that each practice session enhances her understanding of yoga’s profound benefits for a happy and healthy life. This reciprocal learning fosters a dynamic and enriching environment where she grows alongside her students, creating a sense of community and connection.

In addition to her foundational Hatha Vinyasa training, Samantha has expanded her expertise to include Pregnancy Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Infant Massage, and Kids Yoga. Dedicated to helping students progress at their own pace, she fosters a supportive atmosphere. Her approachable and calm teaching style is often belied by her playful nickname, “Killer Sam.” With an innate ability to challenge her students while ensuring they enjoy the journey, Samantha encourages them to elevate their practice, making her classes not just a workout but a joyful experience.
