This year, Lisa invites you to Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui. Nestled on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, this award-winning destination inspires transformation. Its serene atmosphere and world-class facilities provide the ideal environment for deep rest and the pursuit of quiet strength.
Each day includes two movement sessions:
- Morning Yoga: A practice designed to awaken the body, build functional strength and cultivate mental clarity
- Late Afternoon Reformer Pilates: A specialised session focused on core stability and precision to re-align the body towards optimal posture and balance
The practices are accessible and adaptable for all levels. Whether you come on your own or share the experience with a friend or partner, you will be held in a warm, supportive environment that encourages both independence and connection.
