Daily Tentative Schedule

 

Day 1: Wednesday, 1 April

  • Land at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (TRV)
  • Arrive at Resort: Traditional Welcome & Welcome Drink
  • Consultation with doctors, prescribed a full schedule for Ayurveda treatment
  • Follow treatment as per schedule
  • Relax, visit beach & swim with soothing waves or enjoy the swimming pool
  • 5:00 PM – Evening Yoga
  • 7:00 PM – Dinner + various cultural programmes or diverse and indigenous art forms of Kerala

 

  Days 2-7: Thursday to Tuesday, 2-7 April

  • 7:00 AM – Morning Meditation & Guided Yoga Practice
  • 9:00 AM – Organic Ayurvedic Breakfast
  • 11:00 AM – Personalised Ayurvedic Treatments (approx. 1.5-2 hours)
  • 1:00 PM – Nutritious Ayurvedic Lunch
  • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Free Time for relaxation
    • Options: Beach swimming, pool time, resort grounds exploration or optional Ayurvedic talk
    • Excursion Days: Half-day tour to Kerala’s famous temples & backwaters will be scheduled (e.g., Day 5).
  • 5:00 PM – Restorative Evening Yoga
  • 7:00 PM – Ayurvedic Dinner followed by Cultural Programmes (Kerala’s indigenous art forms)

 

Day 8: Wednesday, 8 April

  • 8:00 AM – Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM – Check-out

Prabir Karmakar
Prabir began his yoga journey at age 9 and started teaching at 18. Inspired by his guru, Yogacharya Sri Lalit Mohan, he gained a deep understanding of asanas, pranayama, and the principle of effortless posture. Prabir, a yoga competition champion, completed a Diploma in Yoga Therapy in 1990. In his 30-year career, he's fostered approximately 70 yoga teachers globally. His rhythmically sequenced classes focus on strength, flexibility, alignment, and cultivating a healthy mind-body balance.
