Embark on a transformative journey into the heart of Universal Yoga. This exclusive series is designed for dedicated practitioners ready to master the classic Level 2 Mandala sequences.

 

1. Sama Vrtti Mandala
2. One Mat Mandala
3. Visama Vrtti Mandala

 

We will deconstruct these powerful practices (3-hour sequence) —integrating asana, vinyasa, pranayama, visualization and meditation to build resilience, refine energy balance, and cultivate profound inner awareness.

 

With a strict limit of 12 participants, this immersion guarantees personalized guidance to help you navigate the complexity of the mandala with precision and grace. Join us to deepen your practice within a supportive community of peers.

Series held once per month in January, February, and March.

Christina never imagined she would become a yoga teacher when she embarked on her journey in 2010. After over a decade of studying closely with Andrey Lappa, she experienced profound personal growth. The insights gained inspired her commitment to sharing yoga. Since 2013, Christina has taught in HK, mainland China, Nepal, and Malaysia, dedicating herself to helping students grasp the essence of yoga and integrate it into their daily lives.
